All monetary value associated with your TipHero account is held and managed by regulated third-party service providers.

Any balances displayed in the TipHero App are not held by TipHero. Wallet functionality and custodial services are provided by VALR (Pty) Ltd, a regulated third-party service provider. TipHero does not take custody of user funds at any time.

Users may use their available balance to spend value at supported merchants or platforms through integrated third-party services, including but not limited to MoneyBadger, Zapper, and participating retail partners.

We collect information to operate and improve the TipHero App. This may include:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and identity verification information where required.

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App and its features.

• Transaction Data: Records of tips sent, received, and spent through the platform.
